In Definition 2.1.12, $(\mathbb{M},m)$ should be $(\mathbb{M},d)$.

The proof on separability of Theorem 2.1.14 has a small gap. The problem is that the collection of all polynomials is not countable. However, the the collection of all polynomials with rational coefficients is. To make the proof complete, one needs to show the latter is dense in the former, which is straightforward.

The last line for Theorem 2.4.2 should read: for $v_1,v_2 \in\mathbb{V}$ with equality in (2.9) if $v_1=av_2$ for some $a\in\mathbb{R}$.
